You will drive new technologies adoption, create 3D model data, and optimize workflows to achieve efficiency and quality gains.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Operations role in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree relating to Engineering (Manufacturing, Aerospace, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical) or related technical field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies and material handling.
• Drive adoption of new technologies and processes to improve efficiency, cost and quality.
• Create and analyze 3D model data to optimize manufacturing and digital work instructions.
• Define operation procedures and build sequences using materials and automation knowledge.
• Evaluate equipment performance and initiate corrective actions for operational excellence.
• Use factory data to develop SPC approaches and integrate reporting and analytics for continuous improvement.
• Provide input to product design to better utilize manufacturing techniques and equipment.
