Job summary

Domaille Engineering, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop quality-driven, cost-effective manufacturing processes for aerospace/defense contract manufacturing and our fiber optic product line. You will translate customer requirements into robust, repeatable processes in collaboration with operations, sales, and production.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a closely related field.
• Experience in machining industry; fixture and tooling design.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM systems and solid modeling.
• Familiarity with ISO quality systems and World Class Manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Designs and documents fixturing, tooling, and production processes.
• Incorporates mistake-proofing, unattended machining, and ergonomic improvements.
• Develops time standards and analyzes cycle times for accurate quoting and scheduling.
• Maintains ERP records and supports change notices (ECNs).
• Coordinates with Operations to ensure readiness before production start.
• Provides technical guidance to production and cross-functional teams.
• Supports installation, debugging, and commissioning of equipment.
