Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• AS9100 quality management system experience.
• Excellent GD&T knowledge.
• Self-starter with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing solutions to enhance Axillon product manufacture.
• Improve current production processes using applicable methods.
• Transfer new products into production with a focus on manufacturability.
• Maintain documentation for processes and designs.
• Understand business drivers to accomplish tasks effectively.
• Solve problems by analyzing solutions with experience and judgment.
• Exercise independent judgment in matters of significance.
• Attend work reliably, with variable schedules as needed.
