Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Apopka, FL to support the µ-Line die bumping and packaging operations. You will work with engineering, production and cross‑functional teams to optimize MES workflows, update routers, and create program drawings for each program.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, ERP/MES experience, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced environment with multiple

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with relevant work experience.
Experience with ERP systems and SAP software.
Experience with MES production execution systems.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain master routers in MES with guidance from engineering and production.
Update work order routers based on requests from engineering and production management.
Use GDS files and program/foundry information to create die drawings for programs.
Serve as MES administrator for production routers, reworks, and instructions.
Collaborate with IE, ME, and production to improve workflows and reduce cycle time.
Coordinate with wafer bumping lines and site management on workflow interfaces.
