Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with relevant experience.
• Master's degree in STEM is a plus.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Extract data from MES and SAP to develop production metrics.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor lead times, queue times and throughput.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and production teams to drive improvements.
• Develop scalable models to optimize product flow under constraints.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and AI adoption.
• Present complex analyses to business partners and stakeholders.
