Job Purpose

- The Manufacturing Engineer at MJC INC is responsible for designing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. The Manufacturing Engineer will support Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) initiatives and justify equipment costs, while managing on-site contractors to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications Required Education

• Experience working in low-volume, high-mix manufacturing settings.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Design for Manufacturing/Design for Assembly (DFM/DFA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Lean Six Sigma training is preferred.
