Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field is required or preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.
• Experience with project coordination or job management in a production setting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CAD, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including engineering specifications and procedures.
• Proficient in writing routine reports and professional correspondence.
• Ability to present issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong written communication skills for clear work instructions.
• Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts and perform complex calculations.
• Experience with technical drawings and CAD support for quoting, production, and CNC machining.
