Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' experience in microelectronics manufacturing, focusing on SMT and chip and wire.
• Ability to read production and engineering CAD drawings.
• Strong understanding of soldering to J-STD-001/IPC-A-610 standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes and routers.
• Provide hands-on support to troubleshoot issues.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and mentor production staff.
