Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Stilwell, OK.

We're seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join a well-established global manufacturer at its production facility in Stilwell, OK. Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day manufacturing operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, safety, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing and equipment-related issues.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and root cause analysis techniques.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Support new equipment installation, process validation, and capital improvement projects.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or plant environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Stilwell, Oklahoma.
