Fluxergy is seeking a collaborative Manufacturing Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, improve production performance, and support successful introduction of new products in a regulated manufacturing environment.
You will analyze yield, throughput, scrap and OEE, troubleshoot issues, lead Lean initiatives, support NPI, and create robust work instructions and process specifications while partnering with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain and Engineering.

In this role, you'll partner closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering to solve manufacturing challenges, drive continuous improvement, and enhance product quality, efficiency, and scalability. Monitor production performance by analyzing metrics such as yield, throughput, scrap, and OEE to identify improvement opportunities.
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues related to equipment, processes, materials, and product quality using structured root cause analysis.
Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, tooling, and process controls to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve productivity, and optimize manufacturing performance.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI), process validation, and production readiness activities.
Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, SOPs, and process specifications.
Partner with Quality to support CAPAs, process capability studies, and regulatory compliance.
Identify opportunities for automation and manufacturing technology improvements.
Train production personnel on new processes, equipment, and best practices.
Collaborate cross-functional to achieve manufacturing and business objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
1+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Experience optimizing manufacturing processes and supporting production operations.
Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, process validation, and root cause analysis.
Proficiency with SolidWorks CAD and data analysis tools such as JMP.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
