As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll convert bold product designs into stable, repeatable production—protecting quality, sharpening cost, and keeping output surging. You’ll lead process development and continuous improvement across machining/assembly, create and sustain work instructions, routings, and standard work, and drive PFMEA/control plans plus root-cause corrective actions. You’ll partner with Quality, Production, and Supply Chain to qualify tooling/equipment, validate changes, and roll out updates with minimal disruption.
Your day kicks off where the action is—on the floor—checking how the line is really performing and syncing quickly with the team on what needs attention first. As the day heats up, you bounce between a workstation review, a quick document update, and a focused check-in to make sure a change is landing smoothly. You translate real-time feedback into crisp engineering updates, keep action items moving, and close out by setting up the next shift for a strong start.
