Advanced Industrial Devices in Tulsa, OK seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to turn bold product designs into stable, repeatable production while protecting quality, reducing cost, and boosting output. You’ll lead process development, sustain work instructions, routings, and standard work, and drive PFMEA and root-cause actions.
You’ll partner with Quality, Production and Supply Chain to qualify tooling and equipment, validate changes, and roll out updates with minimal disruption on the shop floor.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll convert bold product designs into stable, repeatable production—protecting quality, sharpening cost, and keeping output surging. You’ll lead process development and continuous improvement across machining/assembly, create and sustain work instructions, routings, and standard work, and drive PFMEA/control plans plus root-cause corrective actions. You’ll partner with Quality, Production, and Supply Chain to qualify tooling/equipment, validate changes, and roll out updates with minimal disruption.

As the day heats up, you bounce between a workstation review, a quick document update, and a focused check‑in to make sure a change is landing smoothly. Salary: $85000 - $95000 per year
