Job summary

Ace Precision Inc is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to enhance processes, quality, and production performance in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role will involve analyzing manufacturing processes, implementing improvements, and collaborating across production, quality, and engineering teams to support aerospace and defense projects.

The ideal candidate needs a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

What You Will Do
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing manufacturing processes and implementing solutions that improve efficiency, quality, cost, and delivery
  • Partner with production, quality, sales, and engineering teams to support complex aerospace and defense manufacturing programs
  • Develop, improve, and validate manufacturing processes using sound engineering principles, statistical analysis, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
  • Lead and support improvement projects, managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables using project management tools
  • Evaluate process performance using data and statistical methods to identify variation, risk, and opportunities for optimization
  • Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including routings, work instructions, sketches, and process changes
  • Design complex routings and manufacturing sketches that meet customer specifications and internal standards
  • Support production and quality teams by dispositioning nonconforming product and determining rework or corrective actions
  • Communicate project status and recommendations clearly to leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Document technical decisions and process changes with accuracy and clarity
What Experience You Need
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering with 3+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Experience with 3D modeling, simulation, and manufacturing process design
  • Knowledge of statistical process control, Lean, Six Sigma, and project management
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Experience collaborating across cross‑functional teams in a manufacturing environment
