Qualifications

• BS in engineering and 3+ years manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with 3D modeling tools and manufacturing processes.
• Experience applying Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing manufacturing processes and implementing solutions that improve efficiency, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Partner with production, quality, sales, and engineering teams to support aerospace and defense programs.
• Develop, improve, and validate manufacturing processes using engineering principles, statistics, and Lean/Six Sigma.
• Lead and support improvement projects with timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Evaluate process performance using data to identify variation and optimization opportunities.
• Create and maintain routings, work instructions, sketches, and process changes.
• Design routings and manufacturing sketches that meet customer specs and internal standards.
• Support production and quality by dispositioning nonconforming product and determining corrective actions.
• Communicate project status and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Document technical decisions and process changes clearly.
