Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for high-volume production.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, drives, and vision systems (Keyence, SensoPart, Cognex).
• Develop and implement automation solutions using programming languages (C#, Python, HTML/JavaScript).
• Analyze production data using tools like PowerBI to improve efficiency.
• Interpret and create electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings.
• Lead cross-functional projects and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Resolve complex manufacturing issues using problem‑solving techniques.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
• Travel domestically and internationally for training and project support.

Requirements:

• BS in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).
• 3+ years of technical experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with PLC and drive programming preferred.
• Familiarity with vision systems such as Keyence, SensoPart, and Cognex.
• Strong programming experience in object‑oriented languages (C#, Python) and web technologies (HTML/JavaScript).
• Proficiency with data analytics tools (PowerBI, etc.) and working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, Microsoft SQL, Oracle).
• Experience in automotive industry manufacturing processes preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plans.
• Proven project leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel, including internationally.
