Job summary

Hotstart Thermal Management, headquartered in Spokane, WA, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support growth of thermal management solutions. This role collaborates with production support and engineering design teams to better serve internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include developing and improving production systems, reducing costs, ensuring quality, leading cross-functional projects, providing technical support, and ensuring safety and PFMEA implementation.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to teach.
• Knowledge of design specifications, reading drawings, schematics, BOMs.
• Solid Modeling and Drafting experience desired.
• Ability to work under time constraints and in a team or independently.

Hotstart Thermal Management has an openingat our headquarters in Spokane, WA for a Manufacturing Engineer to support our growth of thermal management solutions. This position will work closely with production support and engineering design teams to better serve our internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve production systems; design and implement new equipment, processes, and procedures.

• Knowledge of manufacturing practices, including assembly line setup, tooling, and equipment acquisition and development
