Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Responsibilities:

• Document and improve manufacturing processes, including tracking yield, downtime, productivity, work instructions, and corrective actions.
• Propose and implement process improvements and capital projects to meet manufacturing targets.
• Collaborate with Plant Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Maintenance teams on projects.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for quality and process improvements.
• Develop and update process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Support safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance programs.

Qualifications:

• BS Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with statistical process control, Lean Six Sigma, and related tools.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and process control systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
