Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Hiring: Manufacturing Engineer – Casting & Mold Flow Qualification

Experience: 5+ years

Looking for a Manufacturing/Process Engineer with strong investment casting and casting process development experience.

Key Requirements:

• ProCAST, MAGMASOFT or equivalent
• Wax patterns, ceramic shells, dewaxing and furnace processes
• Casting defect analysis: porosity, shrinkage, inclusions
• IQ/OQ/PQ and process validation
• DOE, SPC, Cpk/Ppk and Minitab
• CMM, GD&T and CTQ analysis
• PFMEA, RCA and CAPA
• Medical device/orthopedic experience is a strong plus

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
