Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the development and execution of machining processes for high-precision parts used in aerospace and medical applications. This position plays a critical role in turning engineering designs into efficient, production-ready plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret engineering drawings to develop complete manufacturing processes
• Program CNC mills using CAM software
• Design custom fixtures and select appropriate machining tools
• Write technical routers and plan machining operations from start to finish
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure manufacturability
• Support the machine shop by troubleshooting and improving machining processes
• Maintain quality and efficiency standards in accordance with ISO 9001/AS9100 guidelines

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a machining environment
• CNC mill programming experience
• Familiarity with steel and aluminum machining
• Strong understanding of GD&T, print reading, metal cutting, and machine selection
• Proficiency with CAM software and SolidWorks
• Ability to take a mechanical print and develop a complete A–Z manufacturing process

• Background in aerospace or medical device manufacturing
