Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Equipment modifications or calibrations to assist in improved productivity.
• Identifying problem areas / troubleshooting issues
• Revising and implementing solutions.
• Documentation of process stops and updating data method sheets.
• Work with Design Engineers on new products and design changes.
• Supporting production in all areas to include:
  • Equipment calibration & repair
  • Testing and troubleshooting product
  • Knowledge of how to use test chambers.
  • Order production consumable materials
  • Operation issues
  • Facilities (Full site)
• Must be able to work independently on projects to troubleshoot technical issues with minimal supervision.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• 3 to 5 years working in a Manufacturing Environment as an Electrical Engineer.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a RF/Microwave or Electronics environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering with additional experience.
• Proficiency in MS Visio is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
