Job summary

Acro Service Corp is seeking a Manufacturing Documentation Specialist to translate and create work instructions and procedures from the current system, applying LEAN assembly principles to improve processes.

You will design sequences of operations for assembly, disassembly, soldering, and handling materials, balancing requirements, and ensuring safety and quality standards. Strong communication and CAD/MES experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of work experience.
• Experience in creating detailed work instructions and procedures.
• Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles and documentation standards.

Job description

Specialized assignment focused on creating manufacturing work instructions and procedures, converting them from current instruction system. Complete assignments to improve manufacturing processes and procedures, based on LEAN assembly principles. Plans sequence of operations and specifies procedures for assembly, dis-assembly, soldering, component removal/installation, coating and otherwise preparing basic material, exercising judgment in compromising between conflicting requirements, economic evaluation of methods and operator effectiveness and comfort. Design sequence of operations and specifies procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance. Skills Required

• Technical certificate or College degree in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.
