Job summary

C&J Industries, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our plastic manufacturing team.

You will conduct inspections of products at multiple production stages to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety requirements, and you will document results accurately for traceability. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting technical drawings, performing receiving inspections, reporting defects, and collaborating with manufacturing to drive corrective

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in quality assurance is a plus.
  • Must be willing to continue education to obtain CQI.
  • Prior experience in quality inspection, preferably within the plastic or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication and teamwork.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
  • Ability to apply basic statistical concepts to ensure quality.

Skills and Qualifications:
