Job Details
- 1. Developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing systems and processes, focusing on enhancing productivity and reducing costs.
- 2. Collaborating with the product development team to design new products and make modifications to existing ones.
- 3. Creating and analyzing layouts of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization to maximize efficiency.
- 4. Utilizing SolidWorks and AutoCAD to design, model, and test product designs and manufacturing processes.
- 5. Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for product and process-related concerns.
- 6. Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures to ensure the consistent production of high-quality products.
- 7. Coordinating with other departments such as Quality, Production, and R&D to implement new strategies and processes.
- 8. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry-specific standards and regulations.
- 9. Providing training and guidance to manufacturing staff on new processes and equipment.
Qualifications
- 1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- 2. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role.
- 3. Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- 4. Extensive knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes.
- 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- 7. A proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements.
- 8. Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred.
- 9. An ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
