Job summary

Dover Corporation, Jenks, Oklahoma facility, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support new product development and cost estimation. You will design fixtures, improve processes, and ensure quality and manufacturing efficiency across multiple brands such as Tulsa Winch, Rufnek, Greer, dp Winch, Gear Products.

Responsibilities include creating method of manufacture documents, reviewing drawings, proposing capital projects, and optimizing OEE data-driven actions to boost performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree in engineering or related field.
  • 3–5 years of successful experience, or equivalent.
  • Must be able to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Provides Manufacturing Engineering support to assigned areas, including day to day problem solving and maintenance of process documentation.
  • Creates and maintains method of manufacture documents.
  • Modifies process to improve safety, correct deficiencies and reduce production problems.
  • Reviews engineering drawings, makes feasibility assessments and provides estimated manufacturing costs.
  • Works with design engineering personnel and manufacturing resources to develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods.
  • Represents manufacturing interests and develops manufacturing plans in New Product Development Core Team meetings.
  • Writes proposals for capital projects to upgrade manufacturing efficiency and capabilities.
  • Reviews plant automated OEE system data and creates action plans to improve performance.
