Job summary

Dover Corporation’s TWG group operates from the Jenks, Oklahoma facility, assembling a range of quality winches and related equipment. The role focuses on precise assembly per BOM, bench testing, and ERP data handling, with opportunities for training others and contributing to continuous improvement.

Candidates should be able to operate hydraulic/ manual presses, use a forklift, and travel as required. A high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years related experience are acceptable, with eligibility

Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts according to Bill of Materials and engineering drawings.
  • Operate hydraulic and manual presses to assist assembly operations.
  • Perform test procedures on assemblies as directed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely transactions in the ERP system.
  • Repair and maintain mechanical equipment.
  • Drive forklift or move parts as required.
  • Complete kitting based on production schedule.
  • May train other employees as directed.

The products and solutions produced by TWG find their way into diverse applications including onshore oil and gas, the utility industry, commercial and governmental towing and recovery, construction and offshore cranes, marine applications including fishing and cargo handling, forestry and mining applications and a myriad of other construction applications.We feel that our success is directly attributable to the creativity, commitment and enthusiasm of our employees.Essential Responsibilities:Assemble parts according to Bill of Material, Bill of Operations, engineering drawings and any other related controlled documents.Operates hydraulic and manual presses to assist in assembly operation.Performs test procedures on assemblies as directed.Required to maintain accurate and timely transactions in the ERP system.Repairs and maintains mechanical equipment.Be able to drive forklift truck, hand trucks or manually move parts as directed or required.Complete kitting parts based on production schedule.May be required to train other employees and help in other departments as directed.Other essential duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required.This position is also responsible for, with authority to follow ISO procedures, initiate action to prevent problems, document quality problems, contribute to problem solutions, verify implementation of solutions, control further processing when a problem is identified, protect the environment, including preventing pollution, analyzing or identifying areas for correction or improvement.Qualifications/Requirements:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must be able to travel as required and /or directed.This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.We consider several job-related, non-discriminatory factors when determining the pay rate for a position, including, but not limited to, the position’s responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, a candidate’s education/training, the position’s location, and the key skills needed for the position.
