Job summary

United Pharma is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support regulated manufacturing operations, process improvements, engineering changes, and site-level project execution. You will work with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to improve processes and ensure compliance.

The role focuses on planning, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to drive quality, productivity, and timely delivery of projects in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, engineering changes, and change control.
• Knowledge of regulated manufacturing environments and quality requirements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project coordination skills.
• Ability to analyze manufacturing problems and develop practical solutions.
• Experience with process documentation, technical reports, and manufacturing systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing process planning and shop-floor operations for machining, finishing, and assembly processes.
• Support implementation of regulatory and quality-related changes within manufacturing operations.
• Maintain manufacturing process documentation, work instructions, and related records.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
• Track project activities, milestones, risks, and action items and support issue resolution.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity, cost, and schedule performance.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing issues and assist with root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews by ensuring manufacturing documentation is accurate and traceable.
• Assist with product master data, process planning, labor standards, and manufacturing documentation.
