I have a client located in the Hudson, MA area that has an opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer. If you or any of your colleagues are interested in discussing this role.

In this role, you will be working as a Manufacturing Engineer for a client that works in the custom machinery industry. This position will be responsible for evaluation and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to ensure product quality.

This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.

Pay; $80,000-$90,000/Yr.

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferred - open to equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience with manufacturing engineering - understanding of processes, machining, fabrication etc..
• Work with internal teams to support new product introductions, process development and ongoing production
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Experience working in a custom machinery manufacturing environment
• Conduct risk analysis, lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
• Understanding of Lean principles
• Experience with MIL standards preferred
• Understanding of contracts, technical specifications and engineering drawings
