BN Associates Inc. is seeking an experienced manufacturing/production engineer for our Houston area operations in the oil and gas sector.

The role requires 5–10 years in manufacturing or production engineering with a strong focus on process development and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of engineering drawings, BOMs, tooling, and manufacturing documentation, plus familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma and root cause analysis methodologies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Oil & gas Industry required
• 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering.
• Experience in process development, production support, and continuous improvement.
• Working knowledge of engineering drawings, BOMs, tooling, and manufacturing documentation.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of machining, assembly, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with BOM management and engineering change control.
• Knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, and corrective actions.
• Experience in fixture/tooling design and process optimization.
• Proficiency with CAD tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and digital manufacturing platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project execution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
