Job summary

Essner Manufacturing LP in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive improvements in a high‑mix environment. You will establish BOMs, develop Machining drawings, and prototype new processes while ensuring safety, quality and delivery on time.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 3 years in manufacturing, with ITAR U.S. person status. API details include AS9100/ISO9001 exposure and site-based work in a precision CNC and sheet metal setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
• 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• U.S. work authorization; ITAR requires U.S. person status.

Responsibilities

• Establish BOMs and methods of manufacturing per specs and standards.
• Develop CAD drawings and shop aids; GD&T adherence.
• Prototype, test, and implement new processes and technology.
• Support quality functions and audits; drive cost and productivity gains.
• Project manage new products within quoted timelines and budgets.
• Provide daily operations support and ad hoc duties.
