Job Details

Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our operations by

• Implementing Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize production processes and eliminate waste.
• Utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor, control, and optimize production processes.
• Designing and implementing process layouts to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Applying Industrial Engineering techniques to analyze, design, and implement manufacturing systems and processes.
• Using SolidWorks to design, model, and simulate manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Implementing Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate defects in manufacturing processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and cost-reduction strategies.
• Troubleshooting and resolving production issues and equipment malfunctions.
• Training and mentoring junior engineers and production staff on manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, SPC, Process Layout, Industrial Engineering, SolidWorks, and Six Sigma.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and cost management.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt is a plus.
