Job summary

Actalent is seeking a senior Industrial/Operations Engineer to lead a team in designing and optimizing scalable manufacturing systems and processes for efficient and quality-focused production.

You will drive continuous improvement, mentor engineers, and oversee CapEx projects, NPI processes, and capacity planning to ensure smooth scale-up and reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industrial or operations engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• Experience with CapEx projects, NPI processes, and mentoring other engineers.

Responsibilities
