Raytheon in Texas is seeking a senior Industrial Engineering leader to oversee and develop a team of about 12 engineers supporting multiple customers and production lines. Qualifications

• Requires a STEM degree and typically at least 10 years of relevant experience (or eight years with a relevant master’s degree).
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering or a similar engineering discipline is required.
• Candidates must have manufacturing experience, industrial engineering and process improvement expertise, cross-functional leadership experience, and U.S. citizenship and security clearance eligibility.
