You will analyze production data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement using Lean, CORE, and Kaizen methods. A STEM degree with <2 years of relevant experience and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

A STEM degree and fewer than two years of relevant experience are required, along with U.S. citizenship.
Manufacturing experience, familiarity with CAD, simulation or ergonomic analysis tools, and SAP experience are preferred.
