Rise Technical in Erie, PA seeks a Manufacturing Engineer / CNC Programmer to own process documentation, CNC setup sheets and NC programming in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
You will develop Mastercam NC programs, optimize machining workflows and collaborate with shop floor to raise efficiency and standardization across operations. A two-year technical degree or equivalent CNC experience is required.

This role would suit a Manufacturing Engineer, CNC Programmer or experienced Machinist with strong CNC experience, looking to step into a broader manufacturing engineering position with significant responsibility and autonomy.
