Job summary

Rise Technical in Erie, PA seeks a Manufacturing Engineer / CNC Programmer to own process documentation, CNC setup sheets and NC programming in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

You will develop Mastercam NC programs, optimize machining workflows and collaborate with shop floor to raise efficiency and standardization across operations. A two-year technical degree or equivalent CNC experience is required.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on CNC machining experience and process knowledge.
• Two-year Associates technical degree or equivalent CNC environment experience.

Are you a CNC Machining professional, looking to take the step up and have ownership of manufacturing processes, work instructions and CNC programming within an established manufacturing environment?

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining manufacturing documentation, CNC setup sheets, work instructions and job routers, whilst working closely with the shop floor to standardize processes, tooling and workflows. You will also utilize Mastercam to develop NC programs and provide technical support to improve machining processes.

This role would suit a Manufacturing Engineer, CNC Programmer or experienced Machinist with strong CNC experience, looking to step into a broader manufacturing engineering position with significant responsibility and autonomy.

The Role:
