Lead Technical Recruiter/Sales Executive

Manufacturing Engineer (Contract) – New Product Launch

We're looking for a sharp and hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support the launch of an exciting new product. In this contract role, you'll be the bridge between design and production—bringing together engineering, vendors, and shop floor teams to ensure a smooth transfer from concept to build.

If you're someone who enjoys solving manufacturing puzzles, creating efficient processes, and getting your hands dirty when needed—this one's for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the manufacturing side of a new product launch from initial transfer to final assembly.
• Create and update documentation: ECNs, sheet metal drawings, work instructions, etc.
• Design and implement jigs, fixtures, and tools that boost production quality and efficiency.
• Interpret electrical schematics and perform basic diagnostics with meters/tools.
• Identify and drive process improvements using Six Sigma or Lean principles.
• Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot component, material, or sourcing challenges.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks (especially 3D modeling and sheet metal design).
• Understanding of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Experience designing custom fixtures/jigs for assembly processes.
• Experience with sheet metal and electro-mechanical assemblies is a plus
