Summary

The Content Production Specialist is a key team player in ensuring new design intentions of Apps and products. In this role, you will provide technical production expertise combined with an extraordinary sense of design and technical acumen to maintain the high-level design and quality standards that are the hallmark of the client.

We're looking for an experienced Production Specialist/Engineer who is passionate about technical production and workflow processes. You'll work with designers and engineers to ensure a successful product for both the App and its users.

You will be leading the process of translating designs into technical product templates and themes across all three apps. This position requires impeccable production skills, layout, typography, and color sensitivity, as well as a keen eye for inconsistencies. A background in managing production teams and expertise in complex workflows is essential. You will need to consider user experience on macOS and iOS, along with new app features.

An organized individual with accurately structured files is essential. The role demands delivering under tight deadlines, exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, adaptability to rapid change, and a high standard of design aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing production workflows
• Collaborating with Content Design to produce new templates
• Building and testing new templates for accuracy and functionality
• Auditing template features and imagery
• Pressure testing templates and working with engineering to resolve discrepancies
• Performing AX testing and internal QA
• Implementing new features and working closely with engineering and design teams
• Managing content creation, imports, and repository changes using SourceTree and Terminal
• Handling bug investigations and fixes, understanding app functionality
• Collaborating on bug fixes and template adjustments with design and engineering
• Communicating updates and improvements to Native Tools
• Considering localization impacts in design and fixing related bugs

Education and Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience (not entry level)
• Strong communication skills
• Management experience in related fields
