The ideal candidate has a Mechanical/Industrial Engineering BS, 5–10 years in high-volume metal stamping/manufacturing, and hands-on skills with CAD (SolidWorks) and Lean/Six Sigma practices.

We’re currently seeking a passionate and skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, engineered solutions to our customers worldwide. In this role you will be responsible for supporting our manufacturing operations. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be tasked with driving impactful, technical projects which improve product quality, lower production costs, and improve productivity while ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and industry standards.
This position is at our Elk Grove Village, IL location.
Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
US Pay Transparency: The base salary for this role will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job‑related knowledge and skills, experience, and internal consistency.
