This is a dynamic role perfect for recent engineering grads or early-career professionals looking to dive into process improvement, plant design, and hands-on problem solving.

What You'll Do

Lead and support Lean manufacturing initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and elevate safety standards.

Collaborate across departments to standardize and improve processes throughout multiple production sites.

Tackle complex plant layout, design, and workflow challenges—bringing both creativity and precision to your solutions.

Provide hands-on support for equipment installations, testing, and commissioning.

Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues, minor repairs, and setting up preventive maintenance strategies.

Help investigate and solve root causes of production and quality issues.

Support other departments (engineering, projects, sales) with technical drawings, process documentation, and custom product solutions.

Maintain and implement documentation standards to ensure accurate data entry and alignment with quality protocols.

Promote and uphold safety standards—attending meetings and trainings as required to ensure a safe work environment.

What You Bring

B.S. in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

0–2 years of experience in an engineering role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar design tools.
Demonstrated strengths in process improvement, metrics, and problem solving.

• Preferred knowledge of:

  Steel fabrication techniques (welding, CNC milling, machining, etc.)

  Mechanical systems, materials, and construction methods

  Lean manufacturing and engineering fundamentals

Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.

Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and self-motivated.

Open to intermittent travel (up to 10%) for project support or training.
