  • Quality & Risk Mitigation: Utilize disciplined quality tools (PFMEA, DCP, Process Illustrations) and ME Lessons Learned to ensure process capability, conformity, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Component Program Module Team (CPMT) and Product Development (PD) to resolve design feasibility issues, manage project budgets, and drive investment efficiency with OEMs.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong troubleshooting capabilities combined with a data‑driven mentality to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Aptitude & Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn core product functions and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Collaboration: Proven capability to work effectively both independently and within diverse, cross‑functional teams.
Even better, you may have
  • Experience in Manufacturing Engineering (automotive or high‑volume production preferred).
  • Gauging and shimming process knowledge
  • Technical knowledge of transmission and/or electrified powertrain component function.
  • Strong mechanical and controls engineering aptitude.
