Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar).
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Knowledge of robotics, vision systems, and motion control.
  • Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methods.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement improvements to manufacturing processes, tooling, and control systems.
  • Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and industrial networks.
  • Lead equipment installation, commissioning, and validation projects.
  • Analyze production data to improve cycle time, yield, uptime, and process capability.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including wiring diagrams and work instructions.
  • Provide hands-on technical support for manufacturing equipment and control systems.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for process and equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.
  • Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience
  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting(Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation and control systems
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Experience with sensors, drives, actuators, and industrial communication protocols
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in automotive and/or aerospace and/or health manufacturing
  • Knowledge of robotics, vision systems, and motion control
  • Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
