Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a manufacturing company in Clearwater, Florida to hire an experienced Manufacturing Engineer. Onsite role, Monday–Friday, salary $100,000-$120,000 with medical, dental, vision, disability, PTO, and 401(k).

You will develop fixturing, processing instructions, routers, test plans, and inspection protocols; analyze fixtures and processes; and drive automation. Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5+ years' manufacturing experience with ERP and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Manufacturing related discipline required.
• 5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment with experience in ERP systems and project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop fixturing and processing instructions to train employees on the methods you develop and continuously improve
• Create process routers, manufacturing instructions, test plans and inspection protocols
• Analyze and design fixtures, processes and recommend automation of process including new equipment
• Ensure vendors/subcontractors are manufacturing products according to product specifications
