Job description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Supporting daily manufacturing operations by troubleshooting production issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to improve safety, quality, and delivery
  • Analyzing manufacturing data to identify trends, recommend process improvements, and support data-driven decision-making
  • Developing, maintaining, and improving manufacturing documentation including work instructions, process flows, and fixture drawings
  • Leading capital equipment projects to specify, source, qualify, and implement new equipment and technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and achieve organizational objectives

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelors in engineering
  • Zero (0) years of applicable experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • An ABET-accredited engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturingis preferred.
  • Internship or Co-op experience in a manufacturing/production environment
  • Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies
  • Data analysis capabilities using tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Minitab
