Job summary

Aegis Worldwide partners with a leading automotive-tier manufacturer near Bryant, Indiana to identify a Manufacturing Engineer. This role targets a recent graduate or professional with up to 3 years of hands-on experience to improve production processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You’ll troubleshoot equipment, implement process improvements, and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams onsite to deliver high-quality output.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and processes.
• Hands-on problem solving and willingness to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to support daily production.

A leading automotive manufacturer near Bryant Indiana is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to 3 years of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment who’s looking to grow within a fast‑paced, team‑oriented company.

You’ll report directly to the Engineering Manager and play a key role in improving production processes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring efficient, high-quality output.

What You’ll Do:

• Support daily production by troubleshooting equipment or process issues
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Production
• Assist in the design and modification of tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing layouts

What We’re Looking For:

• 0–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field
• Solid understanding of manufacturing principles and mechanical processes
