Job summary

Adient in Warren, MI, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with automotive manufacturing experience to support process development, production launches, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will develop and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment; create PFMEAs, Control Plans, Process Flows, and Work Instructions; drive quality, productivity, and cost improvement; collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of PFMEA, GD&T, Control Plans, and Process Flows.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment, tooling, and assembly processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
