Job summary

Dizario Search is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer near Tupelo, MS for a well established manufacturing organization. This role will be responsible for process optimization and improving efficiency to increase production ROI.

You will implement scrap-reducing improvements, analyze processes, and support optimization initiatives using data-driven decision making. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and applying practical problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 3–5 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Background as a Manufacturing or Industrial Engineer in manufacturing.
• Proven record of scrap reduction initiatives.
• Experience optimizing production efficiency.
