Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years relevant work experience.
• Experience in engineering a manufacturing environment.

• Experience with CAD processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and define concepts and manufacturing processes for new product introductions and enhancements.
• Ensure equipment meets OSHA safety regulations and support Lean initiatives.
• Mentor and train team members; participate in PFMEA and APQP activities.
• Create manufacturing process routings and improve process maps and cycle times.
• Leverage Lean methods to troubleshoot and drive improvements.
