Job summary

Axxeum, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Electrician to install, maintain, test, and repair electrical wiring and systems in manufactured units.

You will follow blueprints and diagrams to ensure safe, reliable equipment builds in a Huntsville facility. The role requires interpreting electrical schematics, performing wiring through units, testing circuit continuity, and troubleshooting components while adhering to local electrical codes.

Qualifications

• Completion of a formal electrician apprenticeship preferred.
• Valid electrician's license preferred.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical diagrams.
• Proficiency with electrical testing equipment and tools.
• Ability to work safely in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and install electrical wiring and components according to schematics and blueprints.
• Interpret drawings to ensure proper wiring and concealed installations.
• Install and connect wiring to control panels, machinery, and subcomponents.
• Test circuits and diagnose electrical faults using testing tools.
• Maintain electrical systems and perform basic cutting or welding when needed.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
