Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years in high reliability defense/aerospace manufacturing preferred.
• Capable of passing background and drug screening.
• Experience with AS 9100, IPC-620/IPC-610, J-STD-001 is required.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, ESD, and build-to-print processes.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wiring harnesses, electronic enclosures, and subassemblies.
• Solder, crimp, test, and rework PCBA components.
• Manufacture to MO drawings, specifications, and process instructions.
• Troubleshoot and identify root causes; perform noncomplex setup.
• Mentor and assist lower-level technicians; maintain clean, safe work area.
