Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Marshalltown City electrical license (minimum). State Journeyman's license preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurability on company insurance.
• Ability to stand for long periods; strength in arms and legs.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical specifications and instructions.
• Ability to operate/maintain forklifts and high-work equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all job duties with Safety as a priority and in compliance with Safety Rules.
• Align with and maintain areas to 5S standards.
• Receive, understand and complete written work orders in a timely fashion.
• Follow verbal supervisor instructions to complete jobs safely.
• Maintain production equipment with preventative maintenance tasks.
• Operate fork lifts and high-work equipment (boom lift, scissors lift) safely.
• Align with all safety and work instructions.
• Maintain departmental housekeeping rules, standards, and restock as needed.
• Work in an environment where getting the job done depends on teamwork.
