Job summary

TT Electronics in Olathe, Kansas is seeking a Manufacturing Electrical Engineer to lead the introduction of new electronic and electromechanical products into production, support manufacturing operations, and drive process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
3–5 years of electrical engineering in manufacturing or production.
Experience supporting manufacturing operations and production troubleshooting.
Ability to read schematics, BOMs and technical specs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead transition of new products into manufacturing and support NPI.
Troubleshoot production, test and product issues to support operations.
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
Design tooling, fixtures, test equipment and process improvements.
Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
